Maintenance Technician
Applicants must have experience in maintaining and repairing building systems. Must have knowledge and
experience in plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Applicants must be able to including but not limited to: assist in
plowing and salting roads, able to work at heights to include manlifts, possess minimal carpentry skills as well
as the ability to lift 20-50 lbs.
Full-Time Daylight Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Starting Wage: $24.60/hr. With Benefits*
*Benefits include health insurance, retirement, vacation, and sick days

Sub Custodians (possible full time)
Applicants must possess the ability to complete custodial duties including but not limited to: General cleaning,
operation of all cleaning equipment, ability to lift 20-50 lbs., ability to change light bulbs and air filters, ability to perform snow removal, and ability to keep exterior of the building safe and clear.

Custodial Substitutes
Daylight/Second Shift: Daylight 6:00 A.M.-2:30 P.M.; Second Shift 2:30 P.M.-11:00 P.M.
Wage: $15:00/hr. Sub ($18.96 full time)
