HIGHLIGHTS
\nCompetitive base salary ranging from $530 - $580k annually, with additional productivity-based earning potential (varied based on part-time or full-time effort)

\nFlexible hybrid schedule with an equitable mix of Day, Evening and weekend shifts
\nUp to 12 weeks of time away annually
\nDiverse mix of diagnostic and mammography
\nRemote home workstation provided with 24/365 tech/IT support provided
\nUse state-of-the-art imaging tools, including McKesson PACS, Epic EMR, PowerscribeOne and multiple AI tools (RadAI, AiDOC) to support high quality and efficient workflow
\nEmployed model with physician governance and admin support to allow clinical practice to flourish with high job satisfaction & retention
\nCollegial environment: physician mentorship, team-based mentality, case sharing & healthy relationships with medical staff and administration who understand and support the value of rads
\nStandardized policies & procedures – QI, safety, contrast policies, ease of communicating results; modality-based standardized imaging protocols – All to reduce interruptions of workflow
\nCoverage includes primary site Advocate Condell Medical Center, with additional coverage at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and Advocate Good Shephard

TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
\nMD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology.
\nFellowship training is welcome but not required.
