Job Responsibilities- Participate in 24-hour call shifts, working 5 to 10 days each month.
- Manage a patient census of 6 to 10 in the NICU and up to 8 in the nursery.
- Provide coverage for Level II and III nursery cases.
- Maintain NRP certification.
- No ECMO procedures required.
- Offer ongoing coverage until a permanent hire is secured.
- We negotiate competitive pay rates and ensure weekly deposits.
