Job Overview

Start Dates:

  • Wadena: Begins on 8/31, ongoing schedule - Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with a call rotation of 1:3 for weeknights and 1:4 for weekends.
  • Little Falls: Starts on 7/30, ongoing schedule - Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with 1-2 weeknight calls per week and occasional weekend call opportunities.
Work Environment:

Both positions are located in an inpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities:

All CRNA practice responsibilities include:

  • Wadena, MN:
    • Expertise in Spinals, Epidurals, and various Blocks (TAP, Neuraxial, Peripheral, IV).
    • Involvement in General, Orthopedic, Endoscopic, Ophthalmology, OBGYN, Urology, ENT, and Podiatry procedures.
    • Facilities include 3 Operating Rooms, 1 Endoscopy room, and 1 Interventional Radiology room.
  • Little Falls, MN:
    • General information: Approximately 90 deliveries per year, with VBAC in-house call during active labor.
    • Proficient in Spinals, Epidurals, and various Blocks (Interscalene, TAP, Femoral/Adductor, Sciatic, Popliteal, PENG, ESP, IPACK).
    • Engagement in Endoscopic, OBGYN, Pediatric, General, Orthopedic, and ENT procedures, with a focus on Orthopedic, Endoscopic, Total Joint, and General Surgery cases.
    • Facilities include 4 Operating Rooms and 2 Endoscopy rooms.
Electronic Medical Records:

Utilization of EPIC system.

Support Services:

Our organization offers assistance with travel arrangements and credentialing, as well as malpractice coverage.
