Join Our Urology Team in Richland, Washington

We invite you to become a vital part of our dynamic Urology team at our organization, located in the vibrant community of Richland, Washington. This full-time position offers the opportunity to collaborate with three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in emergency department call duties
  • Assist in the operating room as the first assist
  • Provide care in the outpatient clinic setting
  • Engage in a rotating schedule that includes clinic, inpatient, emergency department, and first assist responsibilities
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in Urology and operating room settings is preferred
  • Familiarity with robotics-assisted technology is advantageous
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
Working Conditions

This role features a Monday to Friday schedule, encompassing 36 hours of patient-facing time each week. Enjoy a balanced work-life experience in the sunny southeast region of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting bonuses of $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates
  • Annual compensation ranging from $138,712 to $184,404, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives
