Physical Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering evidence-based assessments and treatments to a variety of patient groups within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance functional outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes.
• Document patient progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
