HVAC Installation Helper

Our client, the construction and mechanical services industry, is seeking a HVAC Installation Helper to join their team. As a HVAC Installation Helper, you will be part of the installation support team supporting experienced HVAC technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Installation Helper

Location: Gillette, WY

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist HVAC technicians with the installation of heating and cooling systems in new construction buildings
• Carry, organize, and stage tools, materials, and equipment
• Assist with ductwork assembly and installation
• Measure and cut materials as directed by lead technicians
• Help unload deliveries and move materials around the job site

What's Needed?

• Construction or mechanical experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from work
