Accounts Receivable / Commissions Specialist
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $23-$24/hour
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Commissions Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high-volume transactional data, investigating discrepancies, and supporting commission calculations while maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Commissions Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high-volume transactional data, investigating discrepancies, and supporting commission calculations while maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.
Responsibilities
- Process and apply customer payments accurately and timely
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, chargebacks, and deductions
- Reconcile customer accounts and AR balances
- Assist with commission calculations, validations, and reporting
- Review commission data for accuracy and investigate variances
- Communicate with internal departments regarding commission and payment-related questions
- Prepare aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records and support month-end close activities
- Perform account reconciliations and data analysis using Excel
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience supporting commissions, incentive calculations, or related reporting preferred
- Strong understanding of cash applications, deductions, chargebacks, and account reconciliations
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
