Compensation: $39 - $46.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Work Schedule: 3 days a week (Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday) from 6 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications (What You Bring)

  • Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will apply the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents. The nurse will organize, oversee, and implement shift routines within the designated nursing unit, while also monitoring, guiding, and assessing the activities of staff as the designated “in charge” in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities may include assuming “Building Charge” duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or their designee.

  • Provide leadership and guidance within the assigned unit.
  • Oversee Resident Care Functions.
  • Manage Charting, Documentation, and Assessment Functions.
  • Participate in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
