Our organization is actively looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our growing Primary Care team.

About the Role

Join a well-established group of 20 Primary Care physicians and enjoy a balanced work schedule with a 4-day work week. The position includes minimal telephone call responsibilities and offers teaching opportunities for those interested. As part of our team, you will receive mentorship while also having the freedom to shape your practice according to your preferences. This role is primarily outpatient-focused, with the option to take on hospital shifts if desired.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time, employed position with a pathway to partnership.
• Salary: Starting at $298,000, with high earning potential and bonus opportunities.
• Compensation Factors: Salary is influenced by role requirements, education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additionally, this position may qualify for a work RVU productivity bonus.

Our practice is part of a multispecialty private group, with all clinic, hospital, and support services conveniently located on a single campus in Hutchinson, MN, just 60 miles west of the Twin Cities. Hutchinson is a friendly community known for its excellent schools and beautiful parks.
