SUMMARY:
\nAs a Sales Intern with Paragon, you will be in a position that supports the sales team in entry-level tasks while gaining hands-on experience in sales processes and customer engagements. Success in this role requires accurate record keeping, documentation processing and professional telephone courtesy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, and the eagerness to learn about the operation of the sales team and the importance of the job.

- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. \n
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and the company. \n

ABOUT THE JOB:
\n\nParagon Tempered Glass, LLC, is a specialty fabricator offering custom glass solutions to numerous markets from two U.S.-based facilities. Products include both flat and bent tempered glass to meet demanding expectations of strength, thermal and aesthetic quality.

\n\nYOUR ROLE:

- Assist the sales team in lead generation and customer outreach through telephone calls and emails. \n
- Maintain and update customer information and be the liaison between sales department and customer. \n
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry and documentation management. \n
- Schedule customer orders for production runs and to ensure on-time delivery. \n
- Create customer manifest, billing and invoicing. \n
- Shadow experienced sales team members to learn effective sales techniques. \n
- Work with other departments to ensure customers’ requirements are fulfilled. \n
- Other assignments assigned, ie- filing, order entry. \n

COMPENSATION:

- $16.00 hour paid weekly. \n
