Job Responsibilities- Provide 24-hour call coverage from 7 AM to 7 AM with flexible scheduling options.
- Manage weekday clinic hours from 10 AM to 5 PM; weekend clinic participation is not mandatory.
- Conduct 14 to 18 patient visits during each clinic day.
- Support labor and delivery as a second call for certified nurse midwives, including inpatient rounding and emergency room coverage.
- Possess full obstetric privileges, including operative vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
- Handle gynecological emergencies such as D&C, ectopic pregnancies, and postpartum complications.
- Consult on high-risk pregnancies with maternal-fetal medicine support via telehealth.
- Be prepared to manage complications arising from elective abortions.
