Speech Language Pathologist - CCC or CFY - School Based Position
Job Description
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in the Bridgeport, Connecticut area for the 2026–2027 school year. Both CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply!
This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting while collaborating with educators, families, and other related-service professionals.
Position Details
Full-time position
School-based setting
2026–2027 school year
Caseload and grade level to be determined based on district needs
Provide direct speech and language therapy services
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff
Work alongside teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP
Connecticut SLP license/eligibility
ASHA certification preferred for CCC candidates
Strong communication and organizational skills
School-based experience preferred, but not required
