Position Overview

Our organization is in search of a skilled and innovative Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Fellowship Program Director. This role involves leading the creation, implementation, accreditation, and ongoing management of a new MFM Fellowship Program. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of MFM education within a nationally recognized women's health initiative. The Program Director will be responsible for ensuring high standards in clinical education, research activities, and patient-centered care, while also promoting a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Schedule & Work Details

• Work hours are Monday through Friday, with a rotating weeklong on-call schedule shared among six MFM physicians.
• Position is based at our facility dedicated to women's health in Downtown Orlando.

Education & Experience

• Must possess dual board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Prior experience in leadership roles within ACGME-accredited programs is preferred.
• A strong background in MFM, high-risk obstetrics, and educational practices is essential.

Licensure & Certifications

• Must hold a valid Florida medical license or be eligible for one.
• DEA and BLS certifications are required.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fellowship program and its administrative functions.
• Provide educational leadership and instruction to fellows.
• Oversee clinical supervision and patient care activities.
• Guide research initiatives and scholarly activities.
• Engage in faculty development and support.
• Promote fellow well-being and enhance the learning environment.
