\n As a Production Operator, you’ll be cross-trained across multiple departments—including packaging, duct, and machine operation—helping the team meet daily production goals while learning new skills and contributing to a collaborative workplace.\n

\n Job Duties:\n
\n

  1. Cross-train in packaging, duct, and machine operator departments
    2. \n
  2. Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
    3. \n
  3. Work with team members to meet daily production targets
    4. \n
  4. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
    5. \n
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area
    6. \n
\n
\n Pay: $16.00 per hour\n
\n
    \n
  1. Pay increase available upon permanent hire
    2. \n
\n
\n Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Experience or Skill Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  1. No experience required training provided!
    2. \n
  2. Basic math skills and ability to read measurements
    3. \n
  3. Able to read a tape measurer
    4. \n
  4. Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork skills
    5. \n
  5. Able to stand, bend, and twist throughout the shift
    6. \n
