We are excited to announce an opportunity for a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding team in Stockton, Illinois!
Opportunity Overview- Location: Stockton, Illinois
- Schedule: Full-time with a stable routine that promotes clinical independence
- Work Environment: 100% outpatient setting with excellent administrative and operational support
- Call Rotation: Favorable call rotation with no weekend shifts
- Referral Sources: Access to a wide range of multi-specialty referral options

- Facilities: Onsite lab and X-ray services available
- MD or DO, board certified or board eligible
- Completed residency training in an ACGME-accredited family medicine program
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Expertise in delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages
We offer a competitive initial salary guarantee transitioning to a production-based model after the first year, along with a comprehensive benefits package:
- Salary Range: $285,000 - $350,000
