\nWhat You'll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) \n
\nAs a DSP, you'll make a difference every day by helping the people we serve reach their personal goals and live meaningful lives. You'll be part of a supportive team that values respect, compassion, and teamwork. \n
\nDaily Responsibilities \n
\n* \n
\nProvide hands-on support with daily living skills, personal care, and goal setting. \n
\n* \n
\nCreate a safe and positive environment where individuals served feel supported and respected. \n
\n* \n
\nAssist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and keeping the home organized. \n
\n* \n
\nProvide transportation to appointments, activities, and community events. \n
\n* \n
\nAdvocate for individuals served and keep accurate documentation of services provided. \n
\n* \n
\nAdminister medications as directed (training provided). \n
\n* \n
\nSupport social engagement, recreation, and personal development. \n

\nMust be at least 18 years old. \n
