360X Staffing is hiring for Pipefitters in Falmouth, MI.

Pay: $35-40/hr + $178 daily per diem for days worked

Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced, safety-focused Pipefitters to support natural gas pipeline installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects across the United States. Candidates should have a strong background in pipefitting and industrial construction, with experience fitting, aligning, installing, and modifying piping systems and components. This position requires extensive travel, physical labor, and the ability to work effectively as part of a professional construction crew in industrial and pipeline environments. Responsibilities:

• Fit, align, install, modify, and repair piping systems and related components.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, pipe plans, and construction specifications.
\n
• Perform pipe layout, measurements, cutting, and fit-up.
\n
• Set, align, level, and secure pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, and piping components.
\n
• Perform bolting and flange assembly, including proper gasket installation.
\n
• Install pipe supports, hangers, and related structural components.
\n
• Assist with welding and fabrication activities as required.
\n
• Inspect piping assemblies for proper alignment, fit-up, and installation.
\n
• Assist with equipment installation and connections to piping systems.
\n
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and pipefitting equipment.
\n
• Follow all company, client, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 2+ years of pipefitting or industrial piping experience preferred.
\n
• Experience in natural gas, pipeline, oil & gas, industrial, or heavy construction environments preferred.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and piping plans.
\n
• Strong knowledge of pipefitting tools, materials, fittings, flanges, valves, and installation methods.
\n
• Experience with pipe layout, fit-up, alignment, and bolt-up.
\n
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights.
\n
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
\n
• Valid driver's license required.
\n
• OSHA 10 certification required.
\n
