Position Summary

Jensen Beach Insurance is seeking a customer-focused and
\n detail-oriented 4-40 Licensed Insurance Agent/CSR to join our team. The
\n ideal candidate will have at least one year of insurance experience, preferably
\n in an independent insurance agency environment, and be comfortable quoting
\n personal lines insurance with multiple carriers.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service
\n to existing clients, generating quotes, processing policy changes, and
\n supporting agency growth through relationship-building and cross-selling
\n opportunities.

Compensation

$40,000 - $45,000 annually, based on experience

$2,000 - $10,0000+ Annual Retention Commission
\n Opportunity

$4,000 - $10,000+ Annual New Business Commission
\n Opportunity

Responsibilities

\n
• Quote
  \n personal lines insurance policies, including homeowners, auto, flood, and
  \n umbrella coverage
\n
• Service
  \n existing accounts and respond to client inquiries
\n
• Process
  \n endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
\n
• Review
  \n coverage options and provide recommendations based on client needs
\n
• Follow
  \n up on quote opportunities and agency leads
\n
• Cross-sell
  \n and round out accounts when appropriate
\n
• Maintain
  \n accurate client records and documentation
\n
• Work
  \n with multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options
\n
• Deliver
  \n outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships
\n

Qualifications

Required:

\n
• Active
  \n Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
\n
• Minimum
  \n 1 year of insurance agency experience
\n
• Experience
  \n quoting personal lines insurance policies with multiple carriers
\n
• Strong
  \n communication and customer service skills
\n
• Proficiency
  \n with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
\n
• Excellent
  \n organizational and multitasking abilities
\n
