RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nProvide administrative assistance to the company
\nHandle all incoming mail and high-volume calls
\nAssist in scheduling all attorney calendars
\nGreet and assist walk-in clients with completing consultation forms
\nOrganize and file legal documents
\nTake payments
\nDetail-oriented and interpersonal skills
\nHandle client payments/invoices
\nOther duties as requested
\n\n
REQUIREMENTS:
\nOpen to work weekends as needed
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent
\nBilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English
\nPrior Customer Service experience
\nMust be computer literate and proficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing
\nStrong administrative and organizational skills
\nEfficient communication skills
\nAbility to meet deadlines
