Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join a growing restaurant concept in the San Antonio area.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on restaurant leader who enjoys developing teams, delivering excellent guest experiences, and driving strong operational results. We are looking for someone who can lead from the floor, build a positive culture, and help take restaurant operations to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a high-performing restaurant team
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure company standards are consistently met
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and other controllable expenses
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Handle scheduling and staffing needs
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment
• Partner with senior leadership to achieve company goals

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Experience in fast casual, QSR, or high-volume restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and people-development skills
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor, food cost, and inventory
• Ability to work a flexible restaurant management schedule
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Guest-focused leadership style
• Desire to grow with an expanding restaurant organization
