Dates: 1-2 weeks per month; August 3-9, September 7-13, and ongoing

Setting: Inpatient, 24-hour on-call from 7 AM to 7 AM

Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per day

The role involves managing stroke and general neurology inpatient services. You will be supported by three Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who provide stroke coverage (1-2 NPs per shift) and one NP dedicated to general neurology coverage (Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM).

EMR System: Epic

• Must be Board Certified
• Possess an active Louisiana medical license or an active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license
