\n\nReports to: Division Vice President
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nContract Review and Scope Management:
\n- \n
- Thoroughly review contracts and project scopes. \n
- Manage all financial aspects of each project. \n
Project Planning and Execution:
\n- \n
- Conduct precise quantity takeoffs from construction documents using Planswift or similar software for project proposals. \n
- Efficiently manage workload according to contracted scopes of work. \n
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules. \n
- Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with scope and quality standards. \n
Stakeholder Management:

- Maintain professional client relationships and ensure consistent communication. \n
- Professionally represents the company in meetings with General Contractors. \n
- Collaborate effectively with Doggett Project Superintendents for seamless project execution. \n
Documentation and Compliance:
\n- \n
- Process and issue sales agreements and subcontracts. \n
- Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project changes meticulously. \n
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of changes for additional cost assessments. \n
- Monitor and track quantities of supplied materials for all projects. \n
Proposal Preparation and Estimation:

- Create comprehensive concrete proposals with all necessary documentation for submission. \n
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates and proposals. \n
Safety and Quality Assurance:
\n- \n
- Maintain a safe work environment and uphold quality standards. \n
- Monitors Superintendents and Field Crews in order to ensure Doggett safety practices and safety documentation is completed correctly. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered. \n
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in concrete construction. \n
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects, ensuring cost control, schedule adherence, safety, and quality. \n
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with Superintendents, vendors, and clients. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, and familiar with construction software, i.e. PlanSwift, Procore and Bluebeam. \n
