POSITION DETAILS:

    Monday -Friday Full Time Schedule

    • \n
  • \n

    Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries.

    • \n
  • \n

    EPIC EMR documentation system

    • \n
  • \n

    Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and prevention.

    • \n
  • \n

    Comprehensive benefit package includes health, life, dental, vision CME, Malpractice and 401k.

REQURIMENTS:

    Graduate of accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program

    • \n
  • \n

    NP Certification and TX license required.

    • \n

    Minimum 2-3 years of primary care experience preferred.
