OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will:

• Evaluate patients' functional capabilities.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans.
• Assist patients in regaining their independence in daily activities across various settings, including post-acute care, rehabilitation, and home health.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide education to patients and their families.
• Document patient outcomes and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
