This facility is seeking an Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
\n
• Patients per day: 20
\n
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
\n
• Scope: Urgent Care. 30% adult, 70% Geriatrics
\n
• Active State License required
\n
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 45 days
