Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a growing law practice focused on criminal defense, OWI, and traffic matters. The attorney will have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and assist clients with a wide range of criminal and traffic-related legal matters.

• Handle criminal, OWI, and traffic defense matters.

• Represent clients throughout the legal process.

• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, prosecutors, and courts.

• Develop case strategies and advocate for clients' interests.

• Manage multiple cases while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active admission to the applicable state bar.

• Strong interest in criminal and traffic defense.

• Prior criminal defense experience is preferred but not required.

• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and advocacy skills.

• Strong organizational and case-management abilities.

• Commitment to providing effective and client-focused legal representation.

• Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
