Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating and revising care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assist both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
  • Develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain precise electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse license.
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
