\nThe Role
\nWe’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own the full development cycle for physical consumer products, from concept through production and delivery. This is not a pure project management seat. You should know how products actually get made and be comfortable working directly with factories, samples, materials, packaging, and costs.
\nWhat You’ll Do

Own the product development lifecycle for consumer hard goods, from spec to delivery

Serve as the primary point of contact with factories, including occasional on-site visits
\n - \n
Manage sampling, packaging, costing, and timelines through top-of-production
\n - \n
Partner closely with internal design, account management, and operations teams
\n - \n
Keep clients and internal portals current on specs, samples, costs, and production status
\n
What We’re Looking For

Full-cycle product management experience with physical consumer goods such as toys, accessories, hair accessories, jewelry, or souvenirs
\n - \n
A working understanding of manufacturing processes and direct experience with factory visits
\n - \n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to run multiple projects at once
\n - \n
Clear, professional communicator who works well in a collaborative, in-office environment
\n - \n
Prior exposure to theme parks, in any capacity, is preferred
\n
Location & Compensation
\n100% onsite at Edco’s office in Gilbert, Arizona. Relocation may be considered for the right person. Target base salary is $80,000–$90,000, with room to go higher for an exceptional candidate.
