Urologist - Endourology & BPH

Our organization is actively seeking a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With a recent increase in residency positions and an expanding clinical presence, we are in search of a surgeon committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive therapies for BPH.

The Role

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong passion for or fellowship training in Endourology. This position primarily focuses on enhancing our advanced stone disease and BPH program.

The ideal candidate will:

• Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
• Develop and manage a high-volume practice dedicated to stone disease.
• Mentor residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation range for this position is $300,000 - $400,000, which may be adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligibility for a California medical license.
• A strong commitment to clinical education and community-based care.
• Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory for general tracks.
• This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 Waiver.
• California residency is required upon the start date.
