\n&99;️ What you'll be doing
\n\n
• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills and Swiss-style machines using setup sheets, layouts and production requirements
\n• Edit CNC programs, adjust machines and troubleshoot machining processes
\n• Select and adjust tooling, offsets and machining parameters as needed
\n• Inspect machined components to blueprint specifications and accurately record inspection results
\n• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic Total Productive Maintenance activities
\n• Support root-cause analysis, Lean manufacturing and process-improvement efforts
\n• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, management and production teammates
\n• Maintain safe, compliant and organized work practices

\n'05; What we're looking for
\nRequired
\n• 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience, including machine setup and operation
\n• Experience setting up CNC equipment from setup sheets, layouts or technical documentation
\n• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and inspect parts to print specifications
\n• Experience editing CNC programs and making machining-process adjustments
\n• Strong CNC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
\n• Medium to advanced computer skills and comfort with production documentation
\n• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
\nPreferred
\n• Medical-device machining experience
\n• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 manufacturing requirements
\n• Experience machining nitinol, stainless steel, nickel alloys or other exotic metals
\n• Lean manufacturing or continuous-improvement experience
