Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with students across the K–12th grade spectrum and make a meaningful impact on their academic and functional success.
The ideal candidate will provide direct occupational therapy services, collaborate with educators and families, and support students in reaching their individualized educational goals.
Position Details
Full-time position
K–12th grade caseload
School-based setting
2026–2027 school year
Provide direct and consultative OT services
Complete evaluations and assessments as needed
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Support students with functional, developmental, and educational needs
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Wisconsin OT license
WI CDE Required
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with students across a variety of grade levels
