Forklift Operator / Material Handler
Location: Lansdale, PA
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

About the Position
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our warehouse team in Lansdale, PA. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts, moving materials throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Inspect forklifts before each shift and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and walking throughout the shift.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
