Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active State License required to commence the assignment.
- BLS Certification may be necessary from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Familiarity with NetHealth/PCC is preferred.
- Work in a 50-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
