Compensation Package:
Base salary with potential for additional productivity incentives.
Includes a $150K signing bonus and a $100K retention bonus over five years, totaling $250K.

We are currently looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at the Primary Care facility in Montoursville.

Clinical Responsibilities:
  • 36 hours of direct patient care from Monday to Friday, with an additional 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks each week.
  • Light on-call duties from home, with no inpatient responsibilities.
Available Resources:
  • Streamlined referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and our extensive network of specialists.
Support Structure:
  • A dedicated team of administrative professionals will manage practice operations.
Qualifications:
  • Medical Degree (MD/DO)
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • Board-certified in Family Medicine or board-eligible for recent graduates
  • Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • DEA Certification
