Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the provision of quality nursing care for patients across all life stages, as well as manage operational matters during your shift. Deliver clinical care as required based on patient census. Communicate patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to the relevant leaders. Act as a resource for guidance and support to the nursing staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Required:
Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Minimum Experience Required:
At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is necessary.

Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law:
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification is mandatory.

Additional Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. A Bachelor’s degree is also preferred. Advanced certification in a relevant specialty is advantageous. Demonstrated clinical competency is essential.
