Our organization is seeking applications for a faculty role in the Nuclear Medicine Division, affiliated with a prominent academic institution. This division boasts a comprehensive array of clinical and research initiatives, equipped with cutting-edge facilities and a team of highly skilled faculty dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, education, and research opportunities. We offer extensive diagnostic and radiopharmaceutical therapy services across five primary hospitals in Pittsburgh, including the Hillman Cancer Center, along with additional imaging services throughout our network.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in a combination of clinical, educational, and academic duties.
- Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in both academic and clinical nuclear medicine, particularly with expertise in PET CT and theranostics.
- This position is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- MD degree or equivalent.
- Must be board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and/or the American Board of Nuclear Medicine.
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Completion of a Nuclear Medicine fellowship as required for ABR eligibility/certification.

Our facilities feature advanced technology, including state-of-the-art whole-body scanners and multiple PET/CT and SPECT/CT systems throughout our network. The division handles a significant volume of both oncologic and non-oncologic nuclear medicine imaging, neuroimaging, and PET CT imaging. Additionally, we provide extensive radionuclide therapies, including Pluvicto and Lutathera, as well as non-FDA approved treatments through clinical trials. We also offer dedicated didactic and clinical training to residents in our ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program and a specialized PET/CT fellowship.
