Full-Time Gynecology Physician

Location: Our Organization - Fairfield Hospital (Cincinnati, OH)

Job Overview:

We are looking for two committed and experienced Gynecology Physicians to enhance our expanding team. This full-time role features a well-structured schedule, providing extensive support and resources to ensure outstanding patient care. The chosen candidates will be on call for one week each month, serving both West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital.

Primary Duties:

• Deliver exceptional general gynecological care to patients.
• Conduct both surgical and non-surgical interventions for gynecological issues.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create and execute personalized treatment strategies.
• Participate in hospital rounds and offer consultative services as required.
• Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation in line with hospital regulations.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional growth.
• Take part in initiatives aimed at improving quality within the department.

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecology.
• Possession of a valid Ohio medical license or the ability to secure one before starting.
• Strong skills in clinical practice, surgery, and diagnostics.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

Work Schedule & Call Duties:

• Full-time role with a manageable patient load.
• One week of call each month, covering both West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital.
