How you will make an impact:

Meissner is looking for a self-motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic Accounts Payable Team!

• Review, enter, post AP invoices to appropriate GL account into accounting software
\n
• Assist in weekly vendor payment schedules
\n
• Assist in reviewing purchase requisitions
\n
• Assist in month-end close and related duties
\n
• Support Financial Audit requests
\n

This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

The skills and experience you�ll need:

\n
• AA or BA Degree in accounting, finance or related field
\n
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a similar position \n
  \n
  • Accounts Payable Clerk, Bookkeeping, etc.
  \n
\n
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
\n
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
\n
• Knowledge of ERP systems usage and related data flow, Microsoft D365 a huge plus
\n

US BASE PAY SCALE $22.97 - $29.00

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
