The Opportunity
\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join Stafl Systems and lead the execution of projects for next-generation battery and powertrain technologies for mobility and consumer product applications.
\nThe person in this role will be the liaison between mechanical, electrical, systems, and software engineering teams — keeping scope, schedule, and budget aligned while working directly with clients, suppliers, and contract manufacturers (CMs).
\nThe ideal candidate has a proven track record managing technical hardware programs in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, can speak fluently with engineers and executives alike, and thrives on bringing order and momentum to rapidly evolving projects.
\n\nWhat You'll Do

- Lead cross-functional programs across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and customer teams from kickoff through delivery \n
- \n
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans \n
- \n
- Drive execution of battery system development programs including design, prototyping, testing, validation, and production readiness activities \n
- \n
- Partner with engineering leads to identify technical risks, establish mitigation plans, and resolve program blockers \n
- \n
- Manage customer-facing program communication including status updates, action items, risks, and delivery commitments \n
- \n
- Facilitate program reviews, design reviews, build readiness reviews, and executive updates \n
- \n
- Track program health metrics including schedule performance, budget, resource allocation, risks, and deliverables \n
- \n
- Support change management activities including scope changes, schedule impacts, and technical tradeoffs \n
- \n
- Coordinate prototype builds and validation activities with internal teams and external partners \n
- \n
- Help scale program management practices as Stafl Systems continues to grow \n
Qualifications You'll Bring
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical field \n
- \n
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs or product development projects \n
- \n
- Experience managing cross-functional hardware development programs from concept through production \n
- \n
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, including design, validation, manufacturing, and launch activities \n
- \n
- Highly organized and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment \n
- \n
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ownership of program outcomes \n
- \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to engineers, customers, and leadership \n
- \n
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business teams \n

\nThe salary range represents the expected base salary for this role. The actual offer will be based on a variety of factors, including knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible for equity/bonus programs and a comprehensive benefits package.
