Weekend Diagnostic Radiologist Position

Our organization is actively looking for a dedicated Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team on a weekend-only basis. This ongoing role focuses on delivering exceptional body imaging and emergency radiology services during the weekends. The position is fully integrated within our department, ensuring a stable schedule, robust clinical support, and attractive compensation.

Position Highlights:
  • Defined coverage schedule from Friday to Sunday.
  • Expected productivity of approximately 400 – 450 wRVUs each weekend.
  • Opportunity to work at a prominent academic medical center with Level 1 trauma services.
  • Collaborative environment with access to subspecialty support.
  • Possibility of remote work.
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Preferred fellowship training in Body Imaging, ER/Trauma Radiology, or a related field.
  • Possession of a California medical license.

Compensation & Benefits:

The starting base compensation for this role ranges from $600,000 to $650,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
