Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Shift: Day

Pay Range: $56.66 - $70.12 per hour

This pay range reflects the expected hourly wage for this role if employed in New Jersey.

Sign-On Bonus: $12,000

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the nuclear physician in executing specialized imaging procedures.
  • Calibrate the dose calibrator and conduct quality control checks on gamma cameras according to departmental guidelines, promptly reporting any issues to the lead technologist.
  • Verify patient identities (both inpatient and outpatient) in accordance with hospital standard operating procedures prior to initiating any procedures.
  • Carry out all hot lab tasks, including the receipt, utilization, and disposal of radiopharmaceuticals, strictly adhering to vendor, departmental, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
  • Preferred: Two years of experience as a staff technologist in a hospital setting.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week during daytime hours.
