We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our onsite maintenance team. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, self-motivated, and enjoys solving problems while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
• Diagnose and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and lock issues.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with apartment turns and unit preparations.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests with exceptional customer service.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and building systems as needed.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with occasional resident and community events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance or property maintenance
• Working knowledge of:
  • Appliance repair
  • HVAC systems
  • Plumbing
  • Light electrical work
  • Carpentry
  • Drywall repair
  • Locks and keys
  • General building maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle available for use throughout the community and occasional off-site travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Comfortable working around dogs in a highly pet-friendly community.
