Neurosurgeon
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Neurosurgeon with a specialization in spine care to join our dynamic team at a high-volume medical center located in Richland, Washington. This position provides a unique chance to engage in complex spine procedures while collaborating with seasoned surgeons and benefiting from a comprehensive clinical framework and cutting-edge technology.
Position Overview- Full-time role focused primarily on spine cases (approximately 90% of cases)
- Call rotation of 1:4, averaging around 7 days per month
- Experience with complex spine surgeries in a busy medical environment
- Support from RNFAs (Registered Nurse First Assistants) and a strong Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) team
- Multidisciplinary approach incorporating surgical, interventional, and medication-based pain management
- Access to advanced technologies such as Stealth navigation and Globus robotic systems
- 24/7 in-house support from trauma, intensivist, and hospitalist teams
- Annual compensation ranging from $815,160 to $1,083,616
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- Options for loan repayment
- Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable
- CME benefits may also be available for providers
- Preferred experience in the field
- Completion of a spine fellowship is mandatory
