Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management, with a focus on driving business growth and efficiency. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of company operations, processes, and performance to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and strategic planning

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth

- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company

- Provide support in project management and assist in the development of project plans and timelines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
