\n As a Wire Harness Assembly Technician you will:\n

\n • Build custom wire and cable harnesses and box builds to engineering specifications\n

\n • Solder, crimp, and terminate wire leads and connectors by hand\n

\n • Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions\n

\n • Test completed harnesses for continuity and inspect for quality and traceability\n

\n • Maintain an organized, ESD-safe workstation and follow all safety protocols\n

\n Wire Harness Assembly Technician Requirements\n

\n • At least 6 months of hands-on soldering, crimping, or wire and cable harness assembly experience\n

\n • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions\n

\n • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for small parts work\n

\n • High school diploma or GED\n

\n • Ability to sit or stand for a full shift and lift up to 25 lbs\n
