Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity in the rapidly growing field of Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care, offering a remarkable work-life balance with no on-call duties or weekend shifts! We are looking for a part-time provider (20-30 hours per week, 2-3 days) for our facility located in Bristol, CT. This role is open to both nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
In this position, the Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. The goal is to fulfill our mission of enhancing the lives we serve through high-quality healthcare and compassionate care.
QualificationsTo qualify, the Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. Nurse Practitioners should be certified by completing an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where applicable, APRNs must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice, while PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary InformationPosted Salary Range: $54.00 - $60.00 per hour. Bonus: $10,000.00
