Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Device Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and at least 1 year of consistent full-time work experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a related hands-on environment.
As a Medical Device Assembler, you will work in a clean-room manufacturing setting supporting the production and inspection of medical device products. This position offers a structured, team-oriented environment with clear procedures, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in the medical device industry. Candidates who are reliable, quality-focused, adaptable, and eager to learn will do well in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hand assembly and visual inspection of medical device products in a controlled clean-room manufacturing environment.
- Set up and operate basic manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, safety requirements, and quality guidelines to ensure accurate and compliant production.
- Enter production data and perform basic computer documentation as required.
- Use measuring equipment and inspection tools to verify product quality and accuracy.
- Adapt to movement between manufacturing teams, facilities, or shift hour variations as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $24.50 to $27.40 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050.
- Open shifts: Day, swing, and graveyard shifts.
- Background check, drug test, and eye exam are required.
