Position Summary

Our organization specializes in evidence-based behavioral therapies aimed at assisting children facing challenges associated with autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families.

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) plays a crucial role in providing clinical expertise, leadership, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.

In this role, you will:

• Guarantee that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, leading to meaningful progress and satisfaction with our offerings.
• Deliver direct services to clients, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and oversee assigned cases while also consulting on cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
• Support your clinical team in achieving professional development and success, tailored to their experience and growth stage. You will mentor and encourage Program Managers and Interventionists to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours weekly, 110 hours monthly).
• Supervise the Program Manager team to ensure they achieve a minimum of 28 billable hours weekly (120 hours monthly).
• Provide high-quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients, settings, and funding sources, including direct observation and necessary protocol adjustments.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment recommendations and objectives.
• Oversee and document the progress of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB standards.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based treatment strategies.
• Provide precise skill assessments and constructive feedback through Performance Management metrics to clinical team members, including Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers.
• Offer training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
• Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed, presenting proposed goals, objectives, and behavioral interventions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with school personnel by observing students, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, and implementing necessary training and follow-up support.

Required Skills:

• Strong skills in ABA and clinical practices
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with a reliable schedule for client appointments and team meetings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to grammar and clarity
• Effective time management abilities, balancing billable and non-billable hours, as well as direct and indirect supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues, and enhancing relationships between the clinical team and client families
• A collaborative team player with a customer service mindset, dedicated to serving client families and colleagues
• Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, with Spanish preferred
