Job Description

Northwest Permanente (NWP) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join our dedicated Neonatology team at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center in Portland, Oregon.

Practice Details

    Collegial team of 4 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners

  • \n
  • \n

    20-bed, single-patient room Level III NICU at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center

  • \n
  • \n

    Daily census of approximately 12-19 patients

  • \n
  • \n

    24/7 Neonatologist coverage with daytime NNP support

  • \n
  • \n

    Care for infants as early as 25 weeks gestation

  • \n
  • \n

    Advanced neonatal services including:

    • \n

      Total body cooling

    • \n
    • \n

      EEG and aEEG

    • \n
    • \n

      High-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)

    • \n
    • \n

      Conventional mechanical ventilation (CMV)

    • \n
    • \n

      Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)

    • \n

      Bubble CPAP

    Telehealth consultation support for Westside Medical Center Level I Nursery

Compensation is based on experience, training, certifications, market factors, and other qualifications.
